At the west side of the city of Estepona. Situated in a prestigious area on a hill looking downwards to the sea. The area is very quiet, only local traffic. Walking distance to the beach (playa de christo, 10min.) and a pleasant walk through a park to the yacht harbour. View of Gibraltar and the African shore line.

Apartment with private garden section
The apartment is completely furnished for max. 2 persons totally renovated with new kitchen, bedroom/living and bath. The apartment has a separate entrance, lovely garden with view to Gibraltar and Africa and shares a swimming pool with the villa. Own digital SAT TV and washing machine.
Owner lives on site, does pool maintenance and happily shares his experiences on what do see and to do in Andalucia. He looks back at 35 years of vacationing in south-west Spain.
Surroundings:
300m walking distance to public beach, 3km to public naturist
(FKK) beach, 15 golf courses in the region. One hundred meters to
bus station, two supermarkets within reach. Many things to be
explored, the famous white villages in the nearby mountains,
Gibraltar is only 55km away and there are also organised
excursions available by ferry boat to Morocco.
Long-term lease is possible (eg over the winter. Please note, the apartment uses an ecological heat pump for floor heating and hot water is supplied almost all year round with 5m2 of solar panels.
La Griega garden
All photos of flowers, plants and trees shown in the gallery below were taken within our property over the last years. As mentioned earlier, our visitors enjoy a private section of the garden with sunbeds and garden furniture. The choice is yours, eating under the avocado or under the arocaria tree and at the same having sea view.
La Griega pool
Our pool dimensions are 4x8 meters. We replaced the ceramic tiles a few years back with a new Alkorplan mosaic liner. The big gains is the water stays much warmer and we also cover the surface over night from October to March. The pool is open all year and the water temparature varies between 26 to 32 degrees C in a nine months timeframe over the year. A cleaning robot is used to keep the pool water, walls and surface clean
